The Centre is open at ORANGE level. Assessments and other services are being performed.
Our Trust Board welcomes anyone who needs our services. Therefore, we are not making vaccine passports compulsory for clients and visitors, and reception staff will not be asking to see them.
However, to keep everyone safe and to protect our employees, prospective clients and parents are asked to voluntarily share their vaccine status when they make an appointment so that we can take additional precautions if necessary. Clients may cancel or postpone appointments at no cost to themselves if they feel unwell. They will be offered the next available appointment and keep their place on the waiting list. If you or your child are unwell and turn up for an assessment, the assessor may postpone your appointment.
Please continue to scan/sign in, use hand sanitiser, wear masks unless asked to remove them for assessment purposes, and keep your distance from others. All our staff are fully vaccinated.
Self-employed people who work at our Centre may impose their own conditions for their clients. So if you are a client of SLT Canterbury, Creative Arts Therapies or a SLD teacher- tutor, please check with them.
Thank you for your assistance and understanding.
