Learning Assessments

We offer:

Cognitive/ IQ tests
A battery that screens for Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD)
Achievement tests for Special Assessment Conditions (SAC) in NCEA exams

Occupational Therapy Assessments

We currently refer clients directly to Socially Speaking for assessments and therapy for:

Motor planning
Coordination
Sensory difficulties

Please contact Socially Speaking directly.

Services can be carried out in the Therapy Room at our Centre.

ADHD and ASD testing

While we are able to screen for difficulties associated with other neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD or ASD, we DO NOT offer diagnoses. If your main concerns are related to attention or social communication difficulties, rather than learning, please speak to your GP regarding referral to an appropriate service.
