Which fee do I pay? 

The standard fee applies for every service that is not being paid directly by the family or the individual being tested. If other agencies are involved on the payment, then the standard fee applies. Please let us know on the Inquiry Form if you should not be charged the full standard fee and why.

Subsidies reduce fees for people paying the fee themselves.  

Sometimes the Centre receives special grants which are available to a particular category of persons (e.g those who live in certain regions or who satisfy certain criteria). The Centre will let you know if such a subsidy may be available to you. You can also ask us for our Financial Assistance Form as in cases of extreme hardship, this may further reduce fees for you. ​

** The beneficiary fee applies only to beneficiaries who are not able to get help from any other agency to help them pay the fee.

We have EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities at reception (2 % surcharge applies).

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice must be given to avoid payment of assessment fees or an administration fee of $50 will be charged.
