1. The Standard Fee applies for every service that is not being paid directly by the family or the individual being tested. If any other agencies are involved with payment, then the standard fee applies.

2. Family/Individual Fee applies only to self-funded clients (i.e. clients without any assistance from another agency).

3. Beneficiary Fees are applicable only if the beneficiary is paying the fee personally and no other agency is involved. Otherwise, the standard fee applies. Please present evidence to request the Beneficiary Fee.

4. Please let us know on the Inquiry Form if you should not be charged the full standard fee and why.

5. Please ask for a Financial Assistance form if you want help in meeting these fees. We have a Family Support Provider who can guide you through the process.

We now have EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities (there is a 2% surcharge).

24 hours notice must be given to avoid payment of assessment fees or an administration fee of $50 will be charged.

Oranga Tamariki (please contact your social worker) has been known to cover full or partial costs for clients.

Schools have also funded assessments but you will need to discuss this with your individual school.

This is not a comprehensive list and there may be other options depending on your situation or region. If other possibilities have been exhausted, the Centre may have some limited funding available – please contact reception to request an application for financial assistance.
